What I Collect

When you book a call:

  • ✔ Your company details (if you share them)

  • ✔ Whatever you tell me about your business

When we work together:

  • ✔ Messages, files, and context you share so I can do my job

  • ✔ Payment information (processed by a provider — I don't store your card details)

Website stuff:

  • ✔ Basic analytics — how many people visit, which pages they look at

  • ✔ No tracking cookies — I'm not trying to follow you around the internet

What I Do With It

  • ✔ Deliver the work you're paying me for (groundbreaking, I know)

  • ✔ Send you updates and deliverables

  • ✔ Schedule calls and manage our engagement

  • ✔ Send invoices

  • ✔ Get better at what I do through improvement

What I Don't Do

  • ✔ I don't sell your information to anyone

  • ✔ I don't spam you

  • ✔ I don't share your details with other clients or random third parties

  • ✔ I don't use your business data to benefit anyone else

Each engagement is fully confidential and independent. Your business data stays between you and me. Period.

Third-Party Services

I use a few services to run things smoothly:

  • ✔ Cal.com — for scheduling (they have their own privacy policy)

  • ✔ Payment provider — for invoicing and payments

  • ✔ Communication tools — email, messaging, whatever works for the engagement

  • ✔ GitHub Pages — hosts the website

Your Rights

You can:

  • ✔ Ask what information I have about you

  • ✔ Request to delete your information

  • ✔ Correct anything that's wrong

  • ✔ Get a copy of your data

Just email me. I'll sort it out within 30 days.

Security

I take reasonable precautions to protect your information. But let's be real — no system is 100% secure. I do my best with industry-standard practices.

The upside of working with a solo operator: your data doesn't pass through a large team or complex internal systems. It stays with me.

Changes to This Policy

If I update this policy, I'll email active clients about significant changes. I won't make sneaky changes to grab more of your data.
